As ever a more than well deserved promotion! Brian has been an incredible forum moderator and recently took up a position as an Instructor in our Windows Update Academy, now helping us to teach our newest trainees. I believe he's managed the fastest turnaround from trainee to instructor of anyone we've yet had here, and it was most definitely earned :)
