A A andrewt2323 Mar 20, 2018 Do you have any information on creating scripts for your SFCFix utility? I have been able to come up with most of what I need by looking at posted examples of sfcfixscript.txt, but rather than screw anything up, I thought I would ask. Thanks!

satrow Jun 18, 2015 I doubt it the old parser would have correctly picked out the full URL there anyway, w/e you do, you'll likely have to keep checking and looking for ways to improve it - then the checking/testing begins again...

satrow Jun 18, 2015 No worries, Richard, I'm sure staff members are experienced enough to cope without URL parsing from time to time :)

W W Winston Jan 10, 2015 Niemiro: I have a ASUS U56E laptop on Win 7 Home Premium 64 and I am receiving a 1719 error when I try to install Adobe Reader V11. Doing a SFC /scannow I find I have a corrupted PINTLGB.IMD file. I started having difficulties a few days ago but can't pin down exactly what was causing it. At first my computer would not install windows updates and then I found I could not update Adobe Reader. Kept getting the error 1719 and that Windows Installer would not work. My searches led to your posts on Sysnative. Can you suggest a way to fix this corrupted file? Thanks! Paul

D D DonB Dec 4, 2014 Niemiro: Concerning your SFCFix program, please patch it to search for and use USB ports or Browse to a User-chosen folder as the Setup files for my Win7x64 OEM is on a USB stick. I also have a folder with Winsxs UNCOMPRESSED from my Windows OEM Install.wim Presently, SFCFix only thing it asks for using a DVD drive. Thanks, DonB
