Windows Server 2008R2 - Failure Configuring Updates...Reverting Changes

Hi there, I have a Windows Server 2008R2 system that's failing to configure installed updates, and reverts changes after the reboot. I've run SFC, SURT, SFCFix, and FRST. Log files can be found here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not at all. We recently started an AD migration using Quest Migration Manager. Turns out its agent service deployed this past month is causing the issue. We've opened a case with their support to sort things out.

I was able to confirm the software causing the issue by disabling its service on another one of our problem servers, and updating it. Thanks again for your help!

First noticed it a couple weeks ago when trying to install March's cumulative update. Tried installing April's update during troubleshooting and saw it failing the same way.
