Right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract all...". In the extracted folder, click AS SSD Benchmark to start the tool. Click Start at the bottom of "AS SSD Benchmark". When finished, click "File - Screenshot" and save the file. Upload the saved file to a file sharing site and provide the download link in your next reply

It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop) Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.
