It seems the Sysnative mirror hasn't updated?

It's a manual process.

I export Carrona SQL; then import to Sysnative.

Updated a few min ago -

If you want you can write a CRON task... I wasn't able to get the servers to share nicely... But then again that was when we were on shared hosting.

We are still on shared hosting (server); however, the latest URLJET upgrade included a Dedicated IP

It would be nice for the 2 to auto-synch, but as you know it only takes a few minutes to do it manually.
