Since it freezes in OS, the most simple test you can do is, check if it doesn't outside OS (which also counts as ram test too). I have the usb bootable memtest86+ below, you can go to it's page and get the iso if you want to burn it to a cd. Once you boot inside memtest you do nothing, just let it run. People say leave it for 8 hours 12, 24, whatever or 8 passes the standard. Size of the ram affects how much time is gonna take to finish 1 pass, so a 2gb ram guy will finish the 8 pass thing in 1 hour and a 32gb guy will do it in 40 hours.
*USB bootable* memtest86+ run it for 24 hours!!! since you have freeze problem-->

If it freezes, shutdown pc and disconnect every sata cable connected to the mobo (optical drives, SSD, HDD) also remove the power cable from them, to not let them blind run), then re-run. If it freezes again post it here. (sata cables get destroyed, if you over angle them, or with a lil force from zip ties) (also before removing the sata cables or anything inside the case always shutdown the pc and remove the power cord from the psu, then press the power button on your case while psu is disconnected to discharge every remaining power inside capacitors)
*If you get errors in Memtest, then you have ram issues (most of the time)
To check HDD health only, in OS really accurate-->
www.harddisksentinel.com/hdsentinel_pro_setup.zip (trial 30 days, you only need it for 5 mins so doesn't matter)
it's simple once you run it, you only want to check the health bar, anything below 100% means that the drive is losing sectors. Performance bar means nothing.
There are no accurate tools to check the SDDs as far as i know, they just die out of the blue. HDD sentinel readings for SSDs are inaccurate!!!
Random freezing/bluescreen was well known with a lot of (OLD)sandforce driven SSDs, most common brand was the OCZ vertex series, and no mention on the ssd brand/model/firmware you have.
Meanwhile, if the OS is cracked, it can affect a lot of things. But ONLY happens with modified pre-cracked ISO. i want to explain it more deeply, but it would look like "tips how to get it right". Reputable shop DO install cracked windows all over the world, i talk as an insider. If you don't pay for it, or you don't see any sticker on your case then you are (bad) cracked.
