Thanks, but it was nothing, really. Just the Instructors having to read my questions over and over during training. :-)

I must say it is a comfort to return back here time and time again for some insight on what I am facing at BleepingComputer. Just yesterday I latched onto this post from John that seems to give me some direction while I am working through a BSOD issue. If things don't go well I am going to refer my user to the Experts here!

Thanks for allowing me to continue with the access I have been afforded. I miss the training here but grandfather duties are a (tiring) joy!
