Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2015!

Merry Christmas everyone, have a great new year!

Another season for listening to the same cheesy Christmas songs :r1:

Merry Christmas![/QUOTE]

I'm fed up of listening to that song, it drives me up the wall...

Merry Christmas Everybody! Hope everyone has a great holiday! :)

On the subject of Christmas songs, what better opportunity to test a new piece of BBCode for those who have Spotify. :p This is a playlist of my favourite Christmas songs - some less traditional than others!

I didn't knew Spotify allowed this kind of playback? Or is it some custom BBCode?

I'm just using the Spotify embed code, modified slightly to work with BBCode.

Works with albums, playlists and individual tracks. For how to use it, see our BBCode reference here: BB Code List - Sysnative Forums

I thought that Spotify doesn't permit such kind of playback. Spotify is not available in my country officially and yet I am able to play that above playlist (Maybe because I have Spotify installed unofficially on my system and it was running?).

Three more hours here, Have a good Christmas day guys!

As Jared said, another three or so hours yet here. But since my family are Polish, we celebrate on Christmas Eve anyway since that's what we do. So we have a Polish Christmas on the 24th and an English Christmas on the 25th! Double the Christmas :)

Traditionally, the meal begins just after the first star appears in the sky. The youngest child is to stand outside and wait for it - then to rush inside as soon as he or she spots it so the meal may begin!

Quite incredibly though, we saw on the news that the International Space Station was to make a very close pass to the UK this evening in just such a way as to be exceptionally bright. So at 17:22 on the dot we were stood outside as a family and watched together our little shooting star pass overhead this beautifully crisp and clear night as the start of our Christmas. It's quite incredible really to think that 2000 years on, we're now able to put our own stars into the sky. It was a very special moment, and one I suspect will not come around a second time.
