May 22, 2012 #1 google maps is good - but i want map, not crap. can someone point me to a css or hack that can get rid of the sidebar, google blank and tools options? (sections 1 - 3) (f11 gives me full screen browser, but does not kill the other stuff.) tia!

You can close the sidebar by clicking on the arrow next to the scrollbar.
