Before creating the fresh image I ran Disk Cleanup and afterwards also ran Clean up system files. This system file clean up took some time and then when I restarted the computer it displayed the "Configuring Windows updates" message and took quite a while to restart. But it did restart fine. I created a fresh image and that's where I'm at now. I checked the Windows Update and KB4474419 is one of the 7 important updates listed. Screen grab is attached. Should I proceed with Step 2 in message #635 or is there anything else you like me to check first? Attachments ImportantUpdates_Win7OfficePC_05152024.jpg 161.2 KB · Views: 4
