The part about using Winows Explorer as the reader in General tab. I tried that and the Upgrade proceeded, up to about 25% complete, and then just stopped (back to desktop), it had said pc would restart several times, we waited but no restarts occurred. It looked very encouraging until it stopped. Is there something you can look at before we do anything else and possibly get this upgrade back on track? Last edited: Jun 24, 2020

I was able to do the upgrade saving user data, not pgms. I had to download iso from Heidoc.net to get V1909, MCT gave us V2004 (latest only). You may mark this thread as Solved.
