But every time I try to Check for Updates it just tells me to restart. I've tried restarting hundreds of times and it doesn't work. I've searched far and wide for a solution but none of them work. I've tried an SFC and switching the Windows Update settings. I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit. So I hope you'll be able to provide a solution. Also I do have the pending.xml file on this laptop. I've searched for a solution in here and it seems you guys ask if I have that file in my winsxs folder. I do. So thanks again.
