Hi,
I'm sorry that I have not written a long time but I had problems with internet connection.
With regard to the advice, unfortunately I can not open the temp folder, I'm not able to obtain permission, although I have only one account on my computer and I'm the administrator. None of tips from the internet do not work for me

Can you screenshot the error message you're getting and post it here for me to see?

How to take a screenshot using the Snipping Tool
Follow the instructions below to take a screenshot using Windows' Snipping Tool:
  • Press on the Win Key + R to open the Run box;
  • Enter SnippingTool and press on Enter;
  • The Snipping Tool will open, asking you to choose the area to take in the screenshot;
  • Left click on the area where you want to start the screenshot, keep it, and drag the cursor across the screen;
  • Once done, release the left button to take the screenshot;
  • In the editing window, click on the File menu then Save As;
  • Save the screenshot in a folder that you can access easily;
  • Attach the screenshot in your next reply and post it;

The installation went without problems but when I choose to "Take Ownership", the screen pops up a standard inquiry whether to allow the following program made changes. After clicking "yes" for a second you will see a Command Prompt window and immediately disappears and I still can not open this folder

If you click on the Security Tab from the second screenshot you showed me, what do you see? Can you provide a screenshot?

Click on Continue and provide screenshot of what it shows after please.

Can you give me two more screenshots, the first where you select Administrators and the second where you select Users. I would like to see the permissions under for both of them.

Alright that's the issue. Under Users, check the Modify, Read & execute, List folder contents and Read checkboxes, then click on Apply.

Follow the instructions below please.

Unfortunately, I have to go to work, so I'll finish it tomorrow. Meanwhile, thank you very much for you time:thumbsup2:

No problem mari you're welcome :) I'll be waiting!

Hi,
I did what you told me but not quite in the order that you specify, because when I tried to start the computer in Safe Mode with Networking I could not in any way connect to the Internet. So first I downloaded the Windows repair an all-in-one and then turned off anti-virus software and then ran the computer in Safe Mode. Later, everything went smoothly and I am after you restart your computer.
