It says that download the update, ther i restart but when it is starting to finish the installation displays a message indicating that it could not be installed and that the changes made will be reversed. What i tried? 1.PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth Did not find any damaged component 2.PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> sfc /scannow Find and repair one trouble but it was only OnDrive.lnk file 3. Windows Update Troubleshooter Not find anything. 4. net stop wuauserv net stop cryptSvc net stop bits net stop msiserver Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old net start wuauserv net start cryptSvc net start bits net start msiserver But not worked I do not know what else to try, I hope you can help me. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own. Download DRIVERS.ZIP and save to your desktop. Right-click on it and select Extract all.... Make sure the "Show extracted files when complete" is checked and click Extract. Now we have the DRIVERS file that we will be using to replace your current one. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config Right-click on the current DRIVERS file and select rename. Rename it to DRIVERS.bad. Note: If you get an error that the file is in use, reboot your computer and then try again.
