Welcome to Sysnative. If you still need assistance, please start with the following.
Step#1 - Fix Corrupt/Missing Files Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.
Please download the attached file, Packs.zip and save this to your Desktop.
Right-click on the file and select Extract All...
Tick the box labelled Show extracted files when complete then click Extract
A window will open showing two folders, Manifests and Packages
Open the Manifests folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files). If the Manifests folder doesn't exist within Winsxs you will need to create it. C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests
Open the Packages folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files). If the Packages folder doesn't exist within Servicing you will need to create it. C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages
Run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
When the SURT finishes installing, zip up and attach the following log file: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
thanks for your response i am trying to follow your instructions but i see downloading the attachment went to winrar and the file arrangement is different. steps 2 &3 is not possible in winrar but step 4 is showing in winrar the two folders are there. step 5 i can extract the files to a folder but that folder is not there. c:\windows\temp checksur after this their files is empty.the same for step 6. step 7 after running readiness tool i have c:\windows\logs\cbs\checksur persist in winrar.

Delete any files on your desktop that has the following names SFCFix.zip, SFCFix.txt.
Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
