My name is Richard and I'll be one of two members working with you on this issue. The other member's username is "Go The Power" and you'll meet him in a little while. He's one of the trainees here, and he'll be working under my direction on your issue. Everyone's got to start somewhere, so they'll be a slight delay between each of his posts.
