Windows update error 800B0100

I have tried everything to resolve this issue of not being able to do Windows updates. Every time I do I continue to receive the same error message. I have tried all the fixes, disabled anti-virus programs, stopped services from running and closed down everything in startup. I have no viruses or malware effecting my computer. I have run the system readiness tool and it appears I have catalogs which are corrupt. Need help in resolving this . The checksur.pesist.log is attached.
