Windows update error 800B0100 when using Windows 7 Service Pack 1 x64

Hello. Having trouble when using windows update. When I runing Windows update, I having 800B0100 always. System W7HPx64, trying to setup (KB947821 System Update Readiness Tool) with uninstall my anti-virus DrWeb 9.0 with no effect.

The System Update Readiness Tool has already been run. There are 22 errors there, and they need to be the priority at this time.

1. Please download the attached file, WUA_64.zip and save this to your Desktop.
2. Right-click on the file and select Extract All...
3. Tick the box labelled Show extracted files when complete then click Extract
4. A window will open showing two folders, Manifests and Packages
5. Open the Manifests folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files)
   
   C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests
6. Open the Packages folder and copy the files into the following folder (if there are any files)
   
   C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages
7. Run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again
8. When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:
   
   C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log

P.S. This fix will not completely repair your issue. It's the first of hopefully a two step process, and you aren't going to notice an immediate improvement until both steps have been performed. Please do not be concerned by this.
