(Please pick the version that matches your operating system's bit type. If you don't know which version matches your system, try FRST if it say that is not compatible with your OS you have to use FRST64) Execute FRST/FRST64 right click on the icon and choose Run as Administrator. Make sure all other windows are closed. (When the Tool opens for the first time you must click Yes on the disclaimer.) Press Scan button. It will produce a log called (FRST.txt) in the same directory the Tool is run from. The first time the Tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach both logs to your post. Note: If FRST interface isn't in English please close it and rename the file to EnglishFRST.exe or EnglishFRST64.exe before doing the scan, to get logs in English.

For the moment the only suggestion I have is to completely remove Sophos Endpoint Defense including SophosZap Service and Support Sophos may not be working fully or its also affected by the Operating System problem! Error: (07/01/2021 09:58:46 AM) (Source: Service Control Manager) (EventID: 7003) (User: ) Description: The Sophos Web Filter service depends on the following service: swi_callout. This service might not be installed. Click to expand... Edit: Also could you try to do updates using a user account that is a local Administrator instead of a Domain Administrator?
