Two patch Tuesdays ago, one of the updates had a small bug in it which is causing SFC to incorrectly detect the file as corrupt. The file isn't actually corrupt, though.
This is what is happening here. Microsoft have been alerted to the issue, but whether or not they actually intend to ever fix it is up for debate.
Either way, the file is not corrupt, and will not cause you problems. It is just SFC giving a false positive. There is nothing to worry about, and every updated Vista computer in the world is currently doing this, just most people haven't run SFC and haven't realized. But the point is, there is nothing to worry about!
