windows malware detection KBS (noobie)

Hello, i've recently been warned by windows defender that "HackTool:Win32/AutoKMS" was under quarantine and i removed it, but the warning keeps coming back.
i tried a online regen tutorial where i ran "sfc /scannow" in the admin, and windows failed to repair corrupted files.
I decided to look for help, hence this thread. If its not on the proper section, i apologise
