Windows 8 BSODs :/

I would greatly appreciate if someone can analyze the BSODs I got. I have attached everything in the attachment.

Please get rid of HotSpot Shield immediately. It has been known to cause BSOD's recently in Win7 systems (so it's likely to cause them in Win8 also). It was implicated in one of the memory dump files.

Another possible problem is Comodo - but it's not as likely as HotSpot Shield. To test this, please:
- download a free antivirus (list here: http://www.carrona.org/freeav.html)
- uninstall Comodo. Feel free to reinstall it after we're done troubleshooting.
- install the free antivirus
- ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
