It seems no group policies settings have been changed.
Are you using some sort of encryption on that drive? (e.g., bitlocker)
Are you using Acronis software?
What firewall are you using?
What antivirus are you using?
Model of your crucial SSD?
Have you already check if the problem remains or disappears with the
clean boot (click)?
And with
safe mode (click)?
Have you already done a check with the SFC tool (
sfc /scannow)?
And a check-disk (chkdsk from command line a.k.a. ScanDisk from windows GUI)?
You can run this (quick) command, from an elevated command prompt, and report the result here (it should create health.txt on your desktop):

Just for your information, there are threads on the crucial forum with exactly the same error you are getting, with various resolutions (including windows reinstall changing some settings in the BIOS).
