Windows 8.1 updates and Microsoft .NET framework 4.8 not installing

Hi everyone
I've been trying to update Windows 8.1 Pro but keep getting failed updates.
I use the online browser installer which fails, then I get this report:

OS Version = 6.3.9600, SP = 0.0, Platform 2
