Hi,

All of the attached dumps are of the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) bugcheck. This is strictly a hardware bugcheck.

In your dumps, we have a consistent type of error, for ex:

  Status : 0xf200084000000800

All of the 0x124's are Bus errors and more specifically are
Code:
[B]BUSL0_SRC_ERR_M_NOTIMEOUT_ERR (Proc 0 Bank 0)[/B]
in every dump.

BUSL0_SRC_ERR_M_NOTIMEOUT_ERR (Proc 0 Bank 0) means that your processor is sending out a request to read data from the L0 Cache, and there was a delay (invalid data in cache, miss, etc). Try updating your BIOS from Asus' website. I could not check to see what version you were because msmmbios.sys wasn't loaded in the dumps. If a BIOS update does not help, and temperatures are not a problem (ensure you are not overheating) your CPU is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Patrick

Thanks a lot Patrick, screenshot of bluescreen can be useful to figure out exact problem ? If so, I can post here.

I am facing problem especially when I see videos from hard drive or flash videos on internet. Computer hangs and I need to restart manually or it restart automatically, only sometimes it shows blue screen

Hi,

Unfortunately, as I said above, we are facing a CPU issue here. Either you are overheating (use any software or check in the BIOS to view your temperatures), your BIOS needs to be updated, or you CPU is ultimately at fault and will need to be replaced.

Regards,

Patrick

Hi,

Yep, temperatures look great. See if a BIOS update is available for your board: P5KPL - Motherboards - ASUS

If not (or if there is and it does not solve your issue), your CPU is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Regards,

Patrick
