In your dumps, we have a consistent type of error, for ex: Code: 1: kd> !errrec 854b7024 =============================================================================== Common Platform Error Record @ 854b7024 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Record Id : 01ce75390fa09963 Severity : Fatal (1) Length : 928 Creator : Microsoft Notify Type : Machine Check Exception Timestamp : 6/30/2013 2:25:27 (UTC) Flags : 0x00000002 PreviousError =============================================================================== Section 0 : Processor Generic ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Descriptor @ 854b70a4 Section @ 854b717c Offset : 344 Length : 192 Flags : 0x00000001 Primary Severity : Fatal Proc. BUSL0_SRC_ERR_M_NOTIMEOUT_ERR (Proc 0 Bank 0) means that your processor is sending out a request to read data from the L0 Cache, and there was a delay (invalid data in cache, miss, etc). Try updating your BIOS from Asus' website. I could not check to see what version you were because msmmbios.sys wasn't loaded in the dumps. If a BIOS update does not help, and temperatures are not a problem (ensure you are not overheating) your CPU is faulty and will need to be replaced. Regards, Patrick

I am facing problem especially when I see videos from hard drive or flash videos on internet. Computer hangs and I need to restart manually or it restart automatically, only sometimes it shows blue screen

Either you are overheating (use any software or check in the BIOS to view your temperatures), your BIOS needs to be updated, or you CPU is ultimately at fault and will need to be replaced. Regards, Patrick

See if a BIOS update is available for your board: P5KPL - Motherboards - ASUS If not (or if there is and it does not solve your issue), your CPU is faulty and will need to be replaced. Regards, Patrick
