Re: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 8, 7 & Vista

Only one memory dump since October.

This one has iusb3xhc.sys in the stack text - so I'd have to suspect your USB 3.0 drivers as the cause of this. Please:
- download a fresh set of the USB 3.0 drivers from Intel Download Center
- uninstall the current USB 3.0 drivers from your system
- install the freshly downloaded USB 3.0 drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

I also wonder about your wireless devices - there are 2 installed on your system. Why is this? Why not uninstall the software for the one that's not being used and physically remove it from the system? The wireless drivers show up in the raw stack text also - so I'd suggest:
- uninstall the one that's not being used and physically remove the device from the system (or disable it in the BIOS).
- download a fresh copy of the other wireless drivers from the wireless chipset manufacturer's website.
- uninstall the current wireless drivers
- install the freshly downloaded wireless drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Re: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 8, 7 & Vista

I did install a fresh set of USB 3.0 drivers, but it did not solve the problem. It closes down abruptly if kept idle for around 10 minutes. Also, sometimes the screen starts fluctuating and then the system has to be re-started. Kindly help.

Only one memory dump since October.

This one has iusb3xhc.sys in the stack text - so I'd have to suspect your USB 3.0 drivers as the cause of this. Please:
- download a fresh set of the USB 3.0 drivers from Intel Download Center

I also wonder about your wireless devices - there are 2 installed on your system. Why is this? Why not uninstall the software for the one that's not being used and physically remove it from the system? The wireless drivers show up in the raw stack text also - so I'd suggest:

I also wonder about your wireless devices - there are 2 installed on your system. Why is this? Why not uninstall the software for the one that's not being used and physically remove it from the system? The wireless drivers show up in the raw stack text also - so I'd suggest:
- uninstall the one that's not being used and physically remove the device from the system (or disable it in the BIOS).
- download a fresh copy of the other wireless drivers from the wireless chipset manufacturer's website.
- uninstall the current wireless drivers
- install the freshly downloaded wireless drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please rerun the data collection tool and upload it's results for us to have a look at.
