Windows 7 Ultimate fails to update properly - 0x800B0100/8024200D

Just registered here to ask for assistance regarding my dad's laptop refusing to update due to some reason. I managed to somewhat fix the 800B0100 error using the Update Readiness tool, but I get a 8024200D when I try to install a .NET 3.5 hotfix.

As per the pinned post on this subforum I've attached the CBS log files here for you guys to check out.

The System Update Readiness Tool has actually done a great job. Just a little bit of cleanup left.

Can you please give me the KB numbers for all updates which still fail to install?
