But we were in exactly the same position on 23 September - installing up to 60 updates, and finding that particular one unavailable (I keep screenshots of the progress). What is new this time round? Are we going round in circles? Anyway, I'll let the update finish and report back.

Click to expand... Never try to upgrade a Windows version that has problems. These problems can block the upgrade or remain in the new version. Try to install KB4489878 only and report the result.
