No memory dumps in the attached reports, please try this:
Upload Dump Files:
NOTE: If using a disk cleaning utility, please stop using it while we are troubleshooting your issues.
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

Also, search your entire hard drive for files ending in .dmp, .mdmp, and .hdmp. Zip up any that you find and upload them with your next post.

Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump
More info on dump file options here: Overview of memory dump file options for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2

No record of memory dumps in the WER section of MSINFO32 either (and there's no sign of any known 3rd party driver problems in the other reports), so I suspect that the dumps may not be being captured by Windows. As such, there are a bunch of different possibilities. The most likely reason is that there is a hardware problem. Please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics (start with the hard drive test).

Could you please upload any files in this folder as well please. Thanks!

C:\windows\LiveKernelReports\watchdog

Stephen

usasma...thanks,I managed to find dmp file & attached it but I'm having trouble uploading the MEMORY.DMP file(443mb) with file dropper.I uploaded it to 100% but didn't display a link & it just went to about:blank page.I could try & do it with Dropbox or hfs file server maybe.Did follow the rest of your insts re: minidumps.
Haven't done any hardware tests yet as it's daunting & shall have to put my mind to that.
Stephen...thanks,no folder of that name in Windows folder.

The dump file blames uxpatch.sys - a driver for some sort of UX Theme from the Within Network installed on your system. Please uninstall it.

Please be sure that Driver Verifier is turned off. To do this, open up verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings" - then click on the "Finish" button. Reboot for the changes to take effect.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

cbfs4.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

That uxpatch.sys figures as I saw it mentioned on BSOD in top corner.I think I installed it some time ago so i can use customized third party Visual Styles:
Shine 2.0 for Windows 7 by ~zainadeel on deviantART
I deleted the file as advised & installed Universal Theme Patcher instead.
Also deleted the Arcsoft file. That must've been a remnant from me uninstalling Arcsoft that was preinstalled on this machine which I was never likely to use.
All seems fine now.
Many thanks for your valuable time.Appreciated.
