softwaremaniac has been helping me on my issue on my thread that I posted on Feb 17, 2019 with an identical title as this thread. He has stopped responding to my additional posts. I don't know if he has given up or there's a technical glitch. If you have the time or desire, I'd like any additional assistance you could provide. If you read through the three pages on that thread, you will see what has been tried but failed. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I did not stop responding to your additional posts. Please note that we are all volunteers here who have their own personal lives and as such unexpected things can happen.
It has been 27 hours in-between my reply which is okay, because if you check my signature, I guarantee a reply within 48 hours (unless there is a technical/personal issue on my end).
I have posted new instructions in your thread.
If I happen to be delayed for more than 48 hours, please do not hesitate to send me a Personal Message (link in my signature) to check in with me and see what is going on. :)
