No the issue is that windows update isn't working at all, I was stuck on an old build (I forgot which) I have since updated to build 14328 by downloading the ISO, but widows update is still not working

Even if you have this already downloaded, please re-download it. Click the Download tool now button when you go to this link. 2. Accept the License Terms. 3. Select "Upgrade this PC now" and click Next. 4. Allow this process to complete. Let me know when done. Even if you have done this before please do again so we are on the current build.
