Hi. I upgraded to version 1903 from windows insider. But I'm already out of the insider program. I still have this update and I don't want to install it. How can I do so that this update does not appear in my system anymore? At the moment I paused the updates but it is not a solution to the problem. Well I hope someone can help me. I was able to fix it with the micorsoft tool.

Yes and no, it is a definitive solution, but only so long as there won't be any update messing with it.

I would recommend a bit of caution when installing Windows updates and check that they don't cause issues by reverting the changes made by the tool you used. If they do even though you have checked, in those situations you might want to use a backup to go back to that was made prior installing the update.
