H helpus123 Active member Joined Nov 15, 2019 Posts 32 Nov 17, 2019 #25 Here is an update. Windows update from ISO with internet disconnected has been running for 10 hours. Screen says "working om updates 91% - do not turn off your PC This will take a while" HDD light occasionally blinks indicating activity. It seems like for some unknown reason this takes a very long time. Should I give it another 12 or 24 hours? Note: I have been searching online for causes/solutions and I also have done the following as they seem to be the most common issues: 1. uninstalling antivirus software before starting 2. removed all USB devices (including mouse & keyboard once installation started)
