Windows 10 Pro CD/DVD recognized in devices but cannot read cd / dvd ...

My 2 cd/DVD are recognized in list of devices but cannot read the contains.
When i want to read a cd/dvd it show this message



Can you help me ?

Have you changed the boot order in your BIOS, so that it set with the CD/DVD option having first priority?

Yes but before my migration from 8.1 to 10 Pro.

Have you tried the CDs/DVDs in question in another system?

I believe the error message in post #1 says to insert a disc.

No offence Harry but, would it matter if the boot order in BIOS has been changed?


@MisterGoupil - Please try jcgriff2's suggestion and in case the CD's/DVD's work fine on other system, there is a chance that the lens (Reading mechanism of the drive) is damaged.
