Windows 10 BSOD Bad pool header

Installed Windows 10 a week ago and have had bad pool header BSOD's 5 - 6 times daily since. I've upgraded drivers for video card, network adapter, updated bios etc without any success. I did uninstall MalwareBytes just tonight based on what I read from a previous thread in this forum but I wanted to upload the collection data to see if I missed something.

HP Pavilion DV5-1000T Part # KQ574AV
Windows 10 64 bit installed 1 week ago, upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium
The OS is full retail and the laptop is about 3 years old
CPU: Core2 Duo P8400
Video: NVidea GeForce 9200M GS

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F.21) dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system. If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it. WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

You have a NETGEAR A6210 WiFi USB3.0 Adapter:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later systems - using older drivers with them is almost certain to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have the latest W7/8/8.1/10 drivers - DO NOT use older drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

The first device appears to be ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection (or a similar program). Please install the latest, W10 compatible drivers for this product
The Broadcom adapter is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why? Regardless, the drivers need to be updated while it's enabled - then you can disable it again if so desired.
The next 3 are likely to be your card reader drivers. Please install the latest, W10 compatible drivers for this product
The last item may be related to a VPN from Juniper Networks. Please install the latest, W10 compatible drivers for this product
Then check Device Manager to ensure that all the problem devices are taken care of.

MalwareBytes is involved in every memory dump that I ran.
Please uninstall it. If you'd like, you can reinstall it AFTER we're finished troubleshooting - but DO NOT accept the Pro trial version when installing it (that's the portion that resides in memory when Windows first boots). The stack is read from the bottom up. The mwac thing is the MalwareBytes driver. The stack then moves into some Windows networking components, tries to free some pool (memory) and the bug checks (crashes w/a BSOD). All of the stack texts followed this pattern.

Please note the older drivers below. It would be to your benefit to update as many of them as you can to a W10 compatible version.
This appears to be an older system and it may have compatibility issues simply because of it's age.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all updates available.
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver and windows update has been installed.
- After the reboot do install the latest firmware update for your SSD.


Next to do as well is to run a test with your RAM's using memtest86. After all these and if it will not work do also reseat the RAM's and test each slot.
