Hi !

I have a problem since I have upgraded to Windows 10 21H1 :
- Windows Update always in error when trying to update and tells me it will try later (0x80070570)
- Unable to repair or install with Media Creation Tool or ISO -> "Installation has failed" popup
- Same with Windows 11 (I tried ISO and Media Creation tool)
- I tried it too Offline on USB Boot

When running "sfc /scannow" -> "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"
When trying "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" and others DSIM commands, same error : "Error 193 : "An error occurred while attempting to start the servicing process for the image located at C:\"
I tried also to use Dsim with ISO of my Windows version but I got same error...

I have no restoration point and I would like to avoid a clean/fresh install so if someone coudl help me, it would be great !

Thanks !

Hi,

I will look into your problem. Please do the following.

Download the
577bf0efb8088-FRST.png
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link

  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  • Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Hi,

Please rename FRST64.exe to English.exe and copy it to your desktop. Then run te tool again and attach the new logs.

Hi,

Please attach the logfiles in this topic. Because my fix will need to be approved by the Sysnative instructors, so they need these files as well.

Hi,

Please copy
577bf0efb8088-FRST.png
English.exe (FRST) to your desktop.

Warning: This script was written specifically for this system. Do not run this script on another system.

  • Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  • Right-click on English.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  • Press the Fix button.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally.
  • When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.
