my windows 10 1903 is not updating cumulative updates since July. windows update gives Error 0x80071160 for cumulative updates. all other updates are installing ok (.net framework, adobe flash, office updates). i've already tried to install the july/september msu manually from
Microsoft Update Catalog but that didn't help either.
