This problem, however, goes back much further. I have been unable to install several updates (KB3000850, KB3025417, KB2973201). I feel as though these issues may be related. I've ran SFCFix.exe, attempted DISM, cleared out my caches... nothing seems to be helping. I forgot that I had moved my Users folder to another drive and symlinked it over. Windows setup hates this. At any rate, the issue is now resolved.
