[SOLVED] [Win8.1] Updates failing (KB3000850, KB3025417, KB2973201)

Ultimately, my goal is to upgrade to Win10. I've been using the downloader offered on Microsoft's site (MediaCreationToolx64.exe). This problem, however, goes back much further.

I have been unable to install several updates (KB3000850, KB3025417, KB2973201). I feel as though these issues may be related.

I've ran SFCFix.exe, attempted DISM, cleared out my caches... nothing seems to be helping. Below is a link to the CBS.log zip, as well as the SFCFix output.

I never managed to fix the windows update issue, but I did manage to get Win10 installed. I forgot that I had moved my Users folder to another drive and symlinked it over. Windows setup hates this. At any rate, the issue is now resolved.
