Btw, I missed the last srttrail log when I posted. It still suggests registry corruption.
You could use a reinstall on a different partition as a source for fixing the corrupted files, though that might be a little tricky since SFC by default will check files on the current installation and not an installation on a different partition. Hopefully the link PeterJ sent helps there. The important part here is that you have a good source for fixing corrupted files, so you could also do this with installation media. I'm not sure if it is a viable option for fixing registry corruption though, but it's a start for fixing the corruptions.
