I'd get rid of it. Maybe you can use an uninstaller like
Revo Uninstaller. Choose the free version.
Once you rid yourself of this and if uninstalling doesn't fix your network, type these commands one by one in an
elevated command prompt. Once they finish, reboot.
To open an elevated command prompt, Hit start type cmd, then type CTRL + SHIFT + Enter
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netcfg -d
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
netsh advfirewall reset
