[SOLVED] Win 7 Ultimate SP1 x64, Updates Failing

This all started when I tried to upgrade to Win10. It would make it all the way to "Starting Windows for the first time", then roll all the way back, and boot me back into 7. I tried all the online fixes my Google-fu could find, including uninstalling Avast. Then I tried updating Win 7 itself, and found some updates wouldn't install. Namely KB4503292 and KB4503277, two of the quarterly rollups. I did have some .NET updates that wouldn't process, but I uninstalled all versions, rebooted, and those updates installed with no problem. For some reason my CBS folder is almost a gig zipped, so...here is a link to it on Google Drive. CBS.zip

TIA!

Almost forgot, error code for the failed installs is 80073701, and chkdsk comes back with no issues.

Well, I've installed 3 updates so far, KB2952664, KB915597, and KB4503277 without issue. It shows KB4503292 failed with error 80242016 in the Update History, but I did not get a failure message after the updates finished running. I checked for further updates, and, aside from all the language packs, it says no important updates are available. *shrug* CBS.log linked. CBS.log
