I used the regular windows update, and 2 updates kept failing to install (KB4493132 & KB4516065). I went through MS updating help and it did not fix it. I decided to start over, so I re-partitioned the drive and started over, this time I used the AUS offline updater, which I have used before. I am getting the same error using this method as well. I ran the SFC with no errors the SURT/DISM completed with no errors the SFC fix completed with no errors Here is my CBS file (shared through dropbox since the file is over 90MB) CBS.zip
