Updates wont install

Hello, I have similar problem, for me it's a bunch of updates that won't install:
KB3004375
KB3023562
KB3031432
I am enclosing my CBS.txt that I got by following steps in previous posts.
Please, help, it's driving me crazy

it's code 80070490 - windows update encountered unknown error
updates failed to install (rough translation, I'm not using english in my system )

Please run Windows Update again (let it fail) then upload the following:

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:
    Code: 
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  2. Press Enter
  3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please upload CBS.txt to this thread

Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to you next post please upload via Dropbox or One Drive

Windows Update Log

  1. Click on the Start button -> Inside the search box copy and paste the following command
    cmd /c copy %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\WindowsUpdate.txt"
  2. Please go to your desktop and attach WindowsUpdate.txt to your next post
 
Thanks, I can see a lot of missing package files inside these two files. There is a tool that was made by MS that is very good at repairing and reporting any other issues on its own.

Please follow the instructions Here to run the System Update Readiness Tool. When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log
