Hello,
After a full reinstall of w10 due to infection that caused a no-boot on partition windows, i successfully passed the step of a clean PC (w/ windows defender + avast free + CCleaner and Malwarebytes analyses)
Malware analyse before SFCFix.exe
The problem that i've now is that the PC downloads the updates windows but always fails to install (and often, at boot, PC does not recognize my keyboard (and it's a laptop : Acer Aspire E17)
here are the actions i tried :
Code:
cmd
start control
wuauclt.exe /updatenow
cd "C:\Users\julie\Desktop"
start mpam-fe.exe
sfc /SCANNOW
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hello and welcome!

Step#1 - Export SideBySide

  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type regedit
  2. When you see regedit on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When regedit opens, using the left pane, navigate to the following registry key and select it by clicking on it once.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide
  4. Once selected, click File > Export....
  5. Change the Save as type: to Registry Hive Files (.)
  6. Name this file SxS (with no file extension) and save it to your Desktop.

Once done please upload this file via Dropbox or One Drive or SendSpace.

Hello, thx for the answer (and sry for the delay)
here is the link One Drive for the file you asked for :
SxS
Ask me if there is any problem or if you need any other information

yes, indeed, i would the latest version of W10 and a "functional" windows update.
I've seen that it's possible to directly install a W10 with the latest version, but i did not check.

Please try the following:

  1. Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link.
  2. Accept the License Agreement
  3. Download the ISO file to your desktop.
  4. Double-click on the ISO and then run the setup to try and upgrade your machine.

mmh, after several researches, i found that a USB key could be a problem with the installation of the last version of W10.
I don't know if it was due to this, but now i've got the (KB4023057) and the (KB4480730) on my laptop computer.

The microsoft's utilitary of windows updates saying that i've the last version available, how can i be sure of this ?

No problem with DISM, but idk why, sometimes my keyboard works (like 1/50), the rest of time, it doesn't ... (i think i'll create a new topic for this).
I attach the CBS.
