Well, guess what -- you can finally import Yahoo and other IMAP email to Outlook.com. It isn't just your email, you can also import your contacts and calendar.

I've had mine set up for some time now....all my POP3 and IMAP accounts....aka gmail. But Yahoo is new, it never would work. What changed in Yahoo to allow that now. I was so disgusted with Yahoo that I completely closed my account some years ago.

I don't know what changed but there are a number of Yahoo mail users from a couple other forums who have been complaining about Yahoo since the beta in 2011. I'm hoping they'll make the switch.

So apparently Yahoo is still dorking about with their email layout and functionality....that's why I closed mine like many others.
