Suspicious.Emit ,

Hi , I'd be very greatful if anyone can help me remove this " Suspicious.Emit " Trojan , As I heard that it can be used to Remotely access my PC , Steal credentials etc. .
Sorry for the , Re-Edit , But I Also cant get rid of a second infection , It's called
Trojan:Win32/Sirefef.BB ... Microsoft describes it's severity as : Severe.
