Hi all. Sorry for my English.
I have serious strange problem.
I have two HP DC7800 workstations at home (Windows 7-64bit, e8400, hd6570, 4gb, one 500gb hdd, other 640gb hdd).
So, these computers hard working every day 24/7 (photoshop, premiere, outlook, etc.).
And..... about month ago i have had very bad surprise. In one hour i get 4 BSOD's from one machine!!! (after that time i don't have any bsod anymore)
Scenario:
received new email in outlook, answerred. BSOD.
restart automatically, loading windows, login- BSOD.
restart automatically, loading in safe mode- loading stops at classpnp.sys file.
turn computer off- turn computer on- loading normally, but at screen was only mouse cursor in black background.
turn off- turn on- finally loaded, everithing fine to the present. 5 days of work without any problems.
i have tested memory with Memtest for 20 passes. No errors.
i have tested CPU with stress test. No errors.
I have checked HDD for errors, everything is good, no errors in SMART too.
i don't have any malware or viruses.
here is minidump files and some system information: click here.

How do you thinking, it was hardware or software bsod's?
Thank you wery much.

Hi. . .

The 4 dumps don't provide much except 1 mentioned Intel Storage Data Manager -
Code:
[font=lucida console]iaStorV.sys                Thu Jun 10 20:46:19 2010 (4C11875B)
iaStor.sys Mon Oct 17 18:54:08 2011 (4E9CB210)[/font]
Check for an update -
http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=iaStorV.sys
http://sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=iaStor.sys

Did you run memtest 86+ one stick at a time & alternate the slots?

https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/3909-test-ram-memtest86.html

Run SeaTools for DOS, LONG test - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/4072-hard-drive-hdd-diagnostics.html

Thank You for the fast answer, Admin.
What is really strange: system was working absolutely without any problems for very long time before that bsod's. After these bsod's- without problems too, as before. Then, after some days or weeks i was upgrade system drivers- Intel chipset (before it was original windows drivers), Intel storage drivers to the newest. Just for knowing that i have newest drivers. As i have say before, system have passed all stabilily tests, memtest was passed for 20 times.
I don't know what to do. I'm scared that my system have hidden hardware problem. I can't risk and wait for the next bsod's, because stability in my work is the point.
Maybe better just upgrade my HP to the new? Yes, i like my current system and don't want to do this.
Just i want your opinion, it was hardware or software problem... I know that it is problematic to say what it was, i just want opinion.

As requested by your PM, here's my input:

1) Why are there memory dumps from early May and none more recent? There is no evidence of any BSOD's other than those from early May.

2) These devices have problems in Device Manager:
Bluetooth Peripheral Device BTHENUM\{00005601-0000-1000-8000-0002EE000001}_VID&00010001_PID&0095\7&1CA6B45&0&B05CE50A46F7_C00000000 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Bluetooth Peripheral Device BTHENUM\{00005557-0000-1000-8000-0002EE000001}_VID&00010001_PID&0095\7&1CA6B45&0&B05CE50A46F7_C00000000 The drivers for this device are not installed.
If using a USB mouse and keyboard I wouldn't worry about the PS2 mouse and keyboard errors.
Install drivers for the Bluetooth stuff
PCI Serial device is most likely contained in your chipset drivers - please update them immediately.

3) Out of 4 memory dumps there were 4 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

4) What is this item in your startups?
C:\Windows\system32\V0530Ext.ax c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe /s c:\windows\system32\v0530ext.ax Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
It may be from Creative Technology - a part of their DirectShow/VFW Extension property page program. But I haven't seen this entry in other systems - so I have to wonder if it's legitimate. Please scan your system for malware - I have listed some free scans here: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

5) Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs)

6) If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier (as jcgriff2 has already suggested) according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Also, to be thorough, where did you obtain your updated drivers?

Updated drivers should be obtained from HP, and nowhere else, unless you have problems with HP drivers.

Updating drivers just for the sake of updating them can cause issues if those updates do not come from HP.
