sfc and corrupted files

Hello,
I've just run sfc /scannow on my computer and it looks like there are some corrupted files which sfc can't repair.
Could you please help me ?
I use 64bit window7 home premium.
Here is my cbs.log file.

Hello Denis, and welcome to Sysnative!

1. Download SFCFix.exe and save this to your Desktop.
2. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
3. Double click on SFCFix.exe to open it.
4. Follow all on screen instructions and upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
5. Copy (Ctrl + C) and Paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please.

Hello,
I still investigate on my "corruption"
I have found that 3 registry keys were corrupted (bitsflip) and generated false "manifest hash mismatch".
And after a "startup repair", my CBS.log file ans SFCFix.txt file indicate only corruption for xchalvx64.sys.
I will restore it from win 7 sp1dvd.

I've still 10 corruptions in checksur.log:
-4 seems to be not important (CBS MUM Corrupt for :...-IE-hyphenation... and ...IE-spelling....)
-others (CSI Mark deployment missing) look like registry key corruption (wrong characters), but i have to check.

Niemiro : i have a look at some script you make for other people, and i have a question.
Sometimes it starts by "takepermissions" for winsxs folder, sometimes not. Why ?

well.... no more corruption...
No more error when ran sfc /scannow.
Only 2 errors in checksur (with the new "system update readiness tool"(november 2013).
But no importante thing ( missing file for a mistery "pac26~1.mum / cat")
Checksur errors were as supposed to be, corrupted registry keys or values.
